Refund policy

Please be informed that we do not offer a refund on cancellations of orders. In such circumstances, we issue credit notes, which are to be used within 3 months from the date of initial placement of order.

The credit note will be provided when the order cancellation is notified 48 hours of the actual time of delivery. We will be unable to give a credit note if the order is cancelled within the 48 hours window.

The credit note will not include the amount discounted during the checkout

Flower Freshness

We guarantee the freshness of our flowers upon delivery. If you're not satisfied with the condition of your flowers, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

Special Instructions

If you have a specific time preference between 10:30 AM - 10 PM or have any special delivery instructions, please include them in the "Order Notes" section during checkout., and we will try our best to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee the same.
