Shipping Policy

● Free delivery for orders above ₹1500 within Raipur city limits. 

● Standard delivery fee of ₹150 for orders below ₹1500. 

● The delivery will be done in the chosen time slot by the customer. We do not promise specific hours.

● We currently offer delivery services within Raipur city limits. For areas outside Raipur, please contact us for special arrangements

● In case of bad weather conditions—heavy rain, area flooding, etc. we will make the delivery

when possible. In such a case a refund will not be initiated.

● In case of unavailability of a box, flower, or the colour of a flower, we will notify you and offer a

replacement. Please note, we will not offer a refund for such unavailabilities.
